Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During busy periods, launches, sales events, or seasonal demand, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised orders are currently estimated at approximately 4 weeks for production.
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, drying times, firing schedules, and other factors involved in the handmade ceramic process.
Customers will be informed if significant delays occur.
Delivery Services
Delivery services are selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- postal services;
- courier companies;
- severe weather;
- industrial action;
- customs or government action;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied during checkout.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening where possible.
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- photographs of the damaged item;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photographs of any shipping labels.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods remains with Kind Of Clay until the goods have been delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and delivery has been completed.
