Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused;
- the item must be returned in its original condition;
- the item should be returned with any original packaging where possible;
- the item must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
- custom-made products;
- personalised products;
- commissioned artwork;
- items made to a customer's specification.
Once production of a custom order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- your order number;
- photographs of the damaged item;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photographs of any shipping labels.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- a replacement;
- a repair;
- a partial refund;
- a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by UK consumer law or where the item is faulty.
Handmade Ceramics
All Kind Of Clay products are handmade.
Minor variations in colour, glaze finish, shape, dimensions, texture, speckling, and surface appearance are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.
Such variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
